Objectives: Performing CTD, oxygen, pH, turbidity measurements, zooplankton sampling, and water sampling at standard depth levels in framework of DEKOSİM and TUBITAK (118Y424) projects in order to better understand the relationship between the primary production mechanism and physical dynamics of the Black Sea. Currents (ADCP), thermosalinograph and fluorometer measurements are done underway.
