Objectives: Performing CTD, oxygen, pH, turbidity measurements, zooplankton sampling, water sampling at standard depth levels for measuring biological and chemical parameters in Cilician basin in framework of the DEKOSİM (BAP-08-11-DPT2012K120880) and ASSET projects in order to better understand the winter conditions of the Levantine Interlayer and ecosystem changes and evaluate acidification levels in the Eastern Mediterranean. Currents (ADCP), thermosalinograph and fluorometer measurements are done underway.
